2.3 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription plan (e.g., "Subscribe & Save"), your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis at the interval you selected until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by SWORN. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time your order is placed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Refund eligibility and conditions may apply. We reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

5.1 Program Description

When you opt in to the SWORN SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from SWORN. These messages may include order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications, promotional offers, wellness tips, and other information related to SWORN products and services.

5.2 Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from SWORN at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5.3 Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. SWORN is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

5.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from SWORN. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out and will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe.

5.6 Supported Carriers

6. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWORN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
