I got addicted to porn before I was old enough to understand what I was signing up for. I quit for good over a decade ago, then started talking publicly about what it actually took to get free.

Since then, I've worked with men day in and day out: professionals, entrepreneurs, husbands, guys who are winning everywhere else in life and can't figure out why this one thing keeps beating them. That work taught me how little surface-level advice helps when a real craving hits.

I have a background in software engineering, and I brought that same practical mindset to coaching. My approach has been tested against real men in real situations. It treats desire as something to rightly order, not just suppress, and quitting porn as a step toward self-command.

Sworn exists because one-on-one coaching with me got real results, but it doesn't scale - it's expensive and my time is finite.
